Free parking was a bonus. It's a few steps away from art in paradise and other attractions. 5 minutes on foot from Restaurant Pataan where you could eat.

The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. You can easily walk to the beach or take a songthaew for a small fee. The rooms are clean and nice, with free WiFi and basic cooking utensils. The swimming pool is fantastic and there is even a coffee shop on-site.

Some of the bathroom fittings were old and needed to be replaced.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was not far from the beach and shops. We were able to easily walk to the beach and explore the area. Additionally, the swimming pool was excellent, especially for kids. It was clean and well-maintained, and my nephews and nieces had a great time swimming there. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff. They did their best to accommodate our group and make us feel comfortable. it was a good value for money stay.

One of the main downsides was the need for maintenance work on the property. It could be quite loud in the mornings and there were many local people coming for swimming, which affected the overall privacy and tranquility of the place.

I recently stayed at a fantastic property in Jomtien Beach and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with some even having washing machines. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our group. it was great value for money and my nieces and nephew had a blast at the pool. I highly recommend this hotel.
